How long will it take for my order to ship? Our goal is a two business day turnaround for fulfillment. This timeframe is prior to USPS/FedEx scanning your package in to their system. In times of high volume this can increase up to one business week. Orders will either ship USPS First Class or FedEx, unless you chose expedited shipping they usually take about 2-4 days to arrive at your doorstep after being shipped. *Shipping times for international customers vary and may take up to 3 weeks. International orders also may be subject to duties and/or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Will you replace my package if it is lost? Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for lost or stolen packages, if this is a concern please contact us directly and we can get you set up with shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation!
Are your products ready to ship? Unless otherwise specified, our items are ready to ship. If an item is a pre-order, it will be well marked in the product options and the terms will be clearly listed in the description. Please read carefully, cancellations will not be accepted.
Can I expedite an order? Certainly! If you're interested in overnight shipping, please choose FedEx Express at checkout and email us at email@example.com and we can manually upgrade you!
I placed a few orders in succession, are you able to combine them so that they ship together? Absolutely! Be sure to email us promptly after you place your orders so that we can combine them prior to shipping.
USPS says my package has been delivered, but it's not in mailbox. What should I do? First, we recommend checking with neighbors as well as calling your local postal office. If you've done those things, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help!
