Where are all of my excellence driven, perfectionist, + goal driven friends/mamas/people at? I think we can all agree that sometimes it is easy to get caught up in the desire or need for perfection that we miss so much. We miss the journey. We miss the progress. And in the meantime, we are striving for something unattainable- perfection. There is power in the small victories. There is so much power in giving yourself a pat on the back for the progress you’ve made. So, our reminder/challenge to you -  free yourself from the weight of perfection + be proud of the progress you have made. Reflect on all of the growth you’ve made to get to where you are.
