Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale/Clearance Items
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, and/or not in original condition
- Home Goods
- Accessories
Types of Returns:
Store Credit: Once we receive your return back, at Ramble HQ, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. Only store credit is issued. When you choose the store credit option, you will receive credit in the amount of your order - item(s) to purchase your new or desired item.
Exchanges: Because many of our items sell out fast, we are not always able to process an exchange. We will always do our best to serve you. When we are not able to exchange an item, we will offer store credit in place of the exchange.
