To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.

How do I return/exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the instructions once the return request is approved.

*If any of your items are damaged or defective, please contact us at info@rambleandcompany.com within one business week and we will get you taken care of right away!

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of order placed. Items must be in orginal condition, unwashed and unworn.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on the following:

  • Ramble Box
  • Mystery Tees
  • Accesories (Ex: Key Fobs, Stickers, Pencils, Etc!)

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Refund: Refund will be issued to your orginal payment method in the amount of the returned goods - shipping will not be refunded.
  • Store Credit: Because many of our items sell out fast, we offer store credit in place of exchanges. When you choose the store credit option, you will recieve credit in the amount of your order - item(s) + $6 shipping - to purchase your new or desired item. There is no restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping, we recommend USPS First Class.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days, your refund or store credit will be issued equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax and shipping (if applicable).
  • If your return is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
