To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.

How do I return/exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the instructions once the return request is approved.
  • Please note we will only offer store credit for refunds.

*If any of your items are damaged or defective, please contact us at info@rambleandcompany.com within one business week and we will get you taken care of right away!


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of order placed.
Items must be in orginal condition, unwashed and unworn.

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale/Clearance Items
  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, and/or not in original condition
  • Ramble Box (we do allow exchanges on our Ramble Boxes, please contact us directly at info@rambleandcompany.com)
  • Mystery Tees
  • Games + Puzzles
  • Home Goods
  • Accesories 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Store Credit: Once we receive your return back, at Ramble HQ,  it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days.  We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. Only store credit is issued. When you choose the store credit option, you will recieve credit in the amount of your order - item(s) + $6 shipping - to purchase your new or desired item. 
  • Exchanges: Because many of our items sell out fast, we are not always able to process an exchange. We will always do our best to serve you. When we are not able to exchange an item, we will offer store credit in place of the exchange.
  • Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping any exchange/returned item(s) back to Ramble. We recommend USPS First Class There will be a $6 shipping fee to receive your desired item, if you choose to exchange. There is no restocking fee.


What's the time frame?

  • If your return is approved, we must receive items back to our HQ.
  • Once received + inspected by the team, we will issue the store credit.
  • Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days, your store credit will be issued equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax and shipping (if applicable).
