To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return/exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the instructions once the return request is approved!

*If any of your items are damaged or defective, please let us know within one business week and we will get you taken care of right away!

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 21 days of order placed. Items must be in orginal condition, unwashed and unworn.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on the following:

  • Ramble Box
  • Eva Love Collection
  • Accesories (Ex: Key Fobs, Stickers, Pencils, Etc!)

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Refund: A restocking fee of $3 will be deducted from your refund amount once we process your return. Refund will be issued to your orginal payment method.
  • Store Credit: Because many of our items sell out fast, we offer store credit in place of exchanges. When you choose the store credit option, you will recieve credit in the amount of your order to purchase your new or desired item. There is no restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping, we recommend USPS!

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Returns are usually processed within 3-5 business days, your refund or store credit will be issued equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus our restocking fee (if applicable).
  • If your return is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
