JOB OPENINGS
Store Associate | Part-Time
Primary responsibilities include being the “first impression” for the Waco Store location, maintaining the store front + make sure it is always up to the Ramble standard, managing Waco store inventory, maintaining the store display + floor, assisting in the supplies + needs of Ramble store + shop, and helping out with events.
Expectations:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures of a growing business
- Positive and welcoming attitude toward customers and team
- Warm, self-motivated, hardworking, and flexible to changing priorities
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs
Hours:
- 10-15 hours per week
- Must have weekend availability
Store Manager | Full-Time
The Ramble Waco Store Manager is the face of Ramble to the local community of Waco. This person should be visually and verbally the ultimate Ramble fan. They are outgoing, warm, and have a desire to make the entire community aware of Ramble and provide a welcoming and inviting atmosphere to every customer that experiences the store and brand. The Waco Store Manager is a great multitasker and can prioritize ongoing and new tasks throughout the week. The Store Manager is self-motivated and great at delegating and giving instructions to others, but is willing to ask questions when they arise. This person is positive, a team player, and willing to go the extra mile!
Expectations:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Previous retail and/or management experience
- Self-motivated, flexible to changing priorities, and great multitasker
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures of a growing business
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs
Hours:
- 40-45 hours per week
- Must have weekend availability
